2. Booking & Payment

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

Final payment terms, deliverables, and package details will be outlined in your service agreement.

Payment is due according to the schedule listed in your contract. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, clients agree to:

Provide accurate event details, schedules, and contact information

•

Secure necessary permissions for venue access and filming

•

Ensure that all participants are aware they may be filmed

We are not responsible for missed moments or delays caused by lack of communication, time constraints, restrictions by venue/vendors, or client inaction.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

All films, footage, edits, and creative content produced by Mint Lotus Films LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, and display their delivered films privately or on social media.
Commercial use, resale, re-editing, or distribution to third parties (brands, advertisements, TV, film, publications) requires written permission.
Raw footage remains the property of Mint Lotus Films LLC unless purchased separately.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances as they reserve the event date.

•

Cancellations must be made in writing.

•

Refunds (if applicable) are handled according to the individual service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Although we maintain high professional standards, Mint Lotus Films LLC is not liable for:

Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

•

Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions

•

Missed shots or moments due to guest or vendor interference or time constraints

•

Loss/damage of footage caused by events outside our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
